Do you have a retail store in my area that I can visit?
Zoara does not run local brick and mortar locations. Selling exclusively online enables Zoara to cut overhead costs and offer the best prices on the market, a huge advantage that we pass on to you!
Is it risky to purchase fine jewelry online?
Zoara stands with you every step of the way so you can make an educated purchase in full confidence. All loose diamonds are accompanied by an original GIA diamond grading report, ensuring authenticity. Zoara only ships with insured carriers and offers easy 30 day returns. Our customer service team is always available to assist, whatever the need, to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

How do I know that I will receive the same quality diamond that I am buying?
Zoara provides a GIA Diamond Grading Report with your purchase of any loose diamond. This report attests to the attributes of your diamond. Each loose diamond is also laser inscribed with a unique identifying number corresponding to the GIA grading certificate to ensure authenticity.
Can I buy just a diamond? What about just a setting?
For sure! Zoara is happy to provide loose diamonds, though we do not offer lone settings. If you are having trouble deciding on the perfect diamond for your setting, just contact our Customer Service and they will make sure you find the perfect centerstone for your ring.
Can I order a custom ring?
Yes! Whether it be a unique engagement ring design or a specialized wedding band, Zoara’s expert jewelers are happy to help you create the perfect ring. We welcome both modifications to rings from our catalog and original designs. For specific inquiries, contact our Customer Service team.
Do you offer alternative metals like sterling silver?
Certain alternative metals may be available for specific jewelry designs. Contact our nCustomer Service team with any special inquiries.
Is the Zoara logo inscribed inside my ring like on your website photos?
Our rings are stamped with the Zoara brand name but these inscriptions may be omitted upon request to our Customer Service team.
Why do diamonds with very similar specifications differ in price?
Diamond prices fluctuate according to suppliers’ buying power and customer demand at any given time. As such, our diamond prices are based on our cost, not necessarily on diamond size or specifications.
Can you send me additional pictures or videos of a diamond or setting?
Our Customer Service team will be happy to provide extra information when available.
What is the difference between white gold and platinum?
While white gold and Platinum are nearly identical in their silvery appearance, they differ greatly in their durability. Platinum is a denser, stronger metal and therefore endures every-day wear better and require less maintenance. We highly recommend Platinum rings over white gold, as their superior durability makes them a better investment in the long run.

How do I know what my ring size is?
Zoara is happy to help you accurately measure your rings size or the ring size of your loved one. Please visit our Ring Size Guide for more information. US customers may request a complimentary plastic ring sizer free of charge.
Can you engrave my ring?
Yes! Zoara provides FREE engraving up to 15 characters, including spaces. Enter your desired inscription during checkout, or update our customer service with your engraving. Please note that engravings are available in Latin alphabet letters only and that eternity rings and other select styles may not support engraving.
If I purchase both a diamond and a setting will the ring be set for me? Does this cost extra?
Orders including a ring setting and compatible diamond are set absolutely FREE of charge. For diamond shapes and sizes that are not compatible with the chosen setting, contact our Customer Service for customization information.
Can I put an order on hold?
Orders that have been paid in full may be put on hold for later shipment upon request. Loose diamonds that are not paid for in full cannot be put on hold.
How do I check my order status? Has my order shipped yet?
To view the status of your order, sign in to your account via the upper right hand button “My Account”. Once each order is shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be sent as well. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team with any questions regarding the processing of your order.
Payments and Promotions
What are my payment options if I make a purchase from Zoara?
Zoara accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers, which receive an additional 1.5% discount. See our Payment Options page for more details.
Do you offer Financing options or Payment Plans?
Zoara offers easy monthly financing over 6, 12, or 36 months with our partner Bread and financing optiond through PayPal Credit. Read more about financing options on our payment plan page.
What discounts and promotions does Zoara offer?
Sign up for our newsletter to receive a 5% discount off a jewelry order and for promotional updates. Zoara is also proud to offer special discounts to US Military personnel. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team to inquire about any current promotions and offers.
Are local customs, taxes, and tariffs included in the final total of my order?
Customs for orders shipping to Great Britain, Spain, Mexico, Germany, and France are charged upon checkout and are arranged for by Zoara. For all other shipping destinations, you must arrange for payment of any local customs or fees. Check out our International Orders page for more information.
Shipping and Packaging
Does Zoara ship internationally?
Zoara is happy to ship all over the world, requiring only a small fee for handling and insurance. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may be levied. See our International Orders page for more details.
How is my order packaged?
All Zoara packaging is specially designed to safeguard each jewelry item. Unmarked on the outside, your package will hold one of our signature black jewelry boxes, with engagement ring boxes featuring an LED light that spotlights your diamond’s shine and sparkle.
Does Zoara ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes. Orders to APO and FPO addresses are shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please note that these shipments typically take an additional two to three weeks to arrive.
This order is a gift. What are my options to ensure it remains a special surprise?
Zoara is happy to ship orders to alternative addresses to make sure your gift is a complete surprise. A personalized engraving, available for most Zoara rings, is a great way to add a heartfelt touch to your gift. Gift receipts are also available upon request.
Do you ship to FedEx drop locations or hotels?
We are happy to ship orders to a FedEx holding location or hotel as requested. Please make suitable arrangements for pick-up.
Is a signature required to claim my package?
To ensure that your purchase has reached its destination safely, we require signature of receipt on all orders.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including shipping information and a tracking number that can be used to monitor your shipment.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. All of our shipments are fully insured. When returning an item, you are responsible for insurance of the package unless a return shipping label has been provided for by Zoara, in which case the shipment is fully insured.
What about taxes or customs?
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or custom fees. Zoara does not cover or reimburse any such charges. Contact your local authorities to verify fees before placing your order.
Maintenance and Repairs
What can I do if I order the wrong size ring?
Zoara is happy to provide one free re-sizing within 60 days of purchase, covering shipping both ways within the US. Certain designs, such as eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized. For accurate sizing, see our Ring Size Guide.
Do you clean or provide care for jewelry sold on your site?
Zoara is happy to cover free rhodium recoating, prong tightening, polishing, cleaning, and repairs due to manufacturing defects. For more information, check out our Warranty information.
